If you are thinking about applying for a nonimmigrant or immigrant visa, please give us a call. We do not charge to speak with people about possible representation. This does not mean that we are a resource for free legal advice, but if you are seriously interested in talking to us about representing you in an immigration matter, we are always happy to speak with you about your case. We don't charge for these kinds of discussions. We will listen to what you have to say and then tell you what we can do for you and how much it will cost.
Our philosophy
is very simple: the most important aspect of any case is our client’s state of mind. Designing and implementing an
immigration solution is a simple engineering problem. It is not at all difficult for experienced immigration
professionals. The difficult part of representation, the art of practicing immigration law effectively, is dealing with
our clients’ worries and concerns.
People hear all kinds of crazy rumors and stories concerning immigration processing. Most of what
they hear is wrong. As a result, they spend sleepless nights and worry themselves sick. To discourage this, we
have a policy of never charging our clients for phone calls, office visits, or e-mail correspondence. We encourage our
clients to call us whenever they have questions or concerns. We want to deal with their problems and keep them from
worrying about their immigration processing.
Here is what you can expect:
We charge on a flat fee basis. That is, we will quote a single fee for all of the work that we do for you. This fee does not include government filing fees or UPS delivery costs, but it does cover all attorney's fees. It also covers all responses that may be needed if there are government requests for more information or evidence.
When someone signs up with our office, they get the benefit of the more than 30 years of immigration experience of our managing partner. Their work is handled promptly and efficiently.
You will receive complete copies of everything we prepare and submit on their behalf, as well as everything we receive from the government concerning them.
Most important of all, you will have the right to call or write us at any time, for any reason, and get a prompt and detailed response.
Many people shop for attorneys on the basis of fees charged. This is an important consideration.
While we believe our fees are highly competitive with other firms, and lower than most, we also know that they are not
the absolute lowest available. At the same time, you need to compare apples to apples when making a choice. Does the
firm that offers lower fees provide the same services we provide? Is it worth it to pay a lower fee, but never have an
opportunity to speak with your attorney?
