We have handled a considerable number of EB1 and NIW cases. As such, we feel that we have a good eye for what will and will not work. While we cannot guarantee results, we do not take a cases unless we feel that is have a very good chance to succeed.
Initially, we will evaluate a case to determine whether we feel that it can be approved, and if so, in which category. We do not charge any fees for evaluating cases. Once our evaluation is complete, we advise our client as to what we feel can be done. If the client decides to proceed, we go on a fee paying basis at that time.
We will work closely with the client to map out a strategy for preparing and submitting the petition. We will assist the client with gathering evidence. In particular, we will assist the client with developing expert opinion letters from prominent individuals in the client's field. Once these materials have been gathered, we will incorporate them into a filing package. The centerpiece of the filing package is the brief that introduces the evidence and uses excerpts from it to weave a persuasive argument in favor of approval.
Should the CIS issue a request for evidence (RFE), we will gather the required information and respond to it. We do not charge any additional fees for responding to RFEs.
